One week before Christmas our dishwasher stopped working. We called and spoke with Tony about available dishwashers in stock. We visited the store and he was extremely understanding about our time crunch and showed us options. We found the perfect one and it was installed in three days! EXCELLENT customer service!

Went to Novak and Parker to compare new washing machines, specifically the Speed Queens and Maytags. as our 5 year old Samsung decided to quit in the middle of a load. With the help of Alex and his expertise knowledge of Speed Queens, we went with the Speed Queen TR7. Getting clothes clean was the most important thing. We didn’t need a large tub size for king comforter’s, another was the quality of the washer and the warranty. We also found out that the service on Speed Queens is rare.

Novak and Parker has been our "go-to" for appliances and repairs for many years, and we've always had excellent service from them. Our most recent experience went above and beyond expectations. Our oven stopped working on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. In a very helpful telephone call, Dave Cavazos described any possible replacements which could be delivered the next day while we looked at the models online. We succeeded in finding a Maytag for a Back Friday price which beat any others we'd seen. Novak and Parker delivered our new oven on Wednesday, connected it, and removed the old one. They saved our Thanksgiving!

The Google reviews DO match the quality of service you receive from Novak and Parker! I recently had to have my range hood fixed, and was very impressed with the customer service I received on the phone, and in person. Matt the repair guy was super friendly and explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it (after they got the part in, which took one week). I would highly recommend these guys for any appliance repair.

I was recommend novakandparker from my neighbors who just remodeled their kitchen. I was hosting my family party when my oven went capoohy!! A kind service guy came out to see if he could fix it but it was to old. " I was hoping it was" anyways..got myself a new one. I just want to let you all know its so nice to deal with these people. They actually answer the phone, talk to you like a friend and really cared about my situation I was in. Thank you Novak and Parker!!They severely jacked up the prices of their appliances to take advantage of their customers on 4/16/10 during the appliance rebate program. They would have made a nice profit without doing so. Not a very honest place to do business with.They arrived when they said they would. The quote they gave us they stuck to.workmanship was good and they cleaned up afterwards. I would hire theym again.They were able to help us in time of need with our refer not working. The y sent us out a loaner refridgerator untill the one we ordered came in. They were so friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Novak and Parker appliance repair. I called the week before Thanksgiving and they offered multiple appointments. They provided a 2 hour window and were on time and called 30 minutes before arriving. The technician was great and fixed my issue. I’ll use them again for sure!!

The showroom is setup as full experience displays that helps in visualizing how the appliances would look in your home. With our home remodel in progress, we could make kitchen deaign decisions based on seeing the appliances fitted/integrated into cabinets and counters versus standing free. I found this showroom design much more helpful to our planning and purchase decision rather than walking rows of appliances lined up one after another. Their staff has a lifetime of experience to help in a answering any questions and offering ideas. I had driven buy Novak and Parker many times without stopping in. I am really happy I decided to try them when I needed to purchase a full set of kitchen and laundry appliances.

Once again we had a great experience working with "Margie" on replacing appliances--this time a microwave with a "trim package." She knew immediately which brands and what size would fit the existing trim so that we would not have to replace that when we had a new microwave installed. We'll be looking to do an entire kitchen on another home soon and will definitely use Novak and Parker again.

The process of buying couldn’t have been easier. I talked with Dan and he gave me a great recommendation. A couple of days later, our installer came and was super helpful and efficient. Needed a washer and dryer combo quickly as dryer quit working. Luckily Novak and Parker had an Electrolux combo in stock and they installed them two days later and also removed the old washer and dryer. Ordering was quick and the price was fair, considering washer and dryer's are in short supply now. The two man setup crew made sure they worked properly before they left. I would buy from the Orland Park store again.

Very good experience here. Was shopping for a full kitchen set and a stackable washer and dryer. With my list of requirements, Dina with Novak & Parker gave me the best price of the 2 places I asked for quotes from. She put together a virtual product booklet for me and the quote was delivered in a professional format via email as I did everything virtually. I would 100% recommend Dina and Novak & Parker. And I would 100% use them again.
